Sarah is an experienced GP with a background in Nutrition and Dietetics. She graduated from Deakin University in 2005, following the completion of a combined degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Science. Sarah then went on to study postgraduate medicine at the Australian National University graduating in 2008.

Sarah has worked Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, as well as The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Alfred Hospital. During her work as a GP for over 10 years she has maintained a strong interest in Diet and Disease. Sarah is passionate about helping people modify their diets and lifestyles to help obtain the best quality of life.

At GastroHealth Hobart Dr Edwards will be assisting patients that require assistance with their dietary and nutritional health. Our referring GP's are invited to refer patients to Sarah that need assistance in these areas.
